  • Application: 

    To be used as an antigen in the assays for the detection of human thyroglobulin-specific autoantibodies.
    Calibrator or standard in immunoassays.

    Purity >95%
    Concentration is determined spectrophotometrically at A280. Abs 1 mg/ml = 1.14.
    Immunoreactivity is confirmed by reaction with monoclonal antibodies specific to human thyroglobulin.

  • Purification: 

    Metal affinity chromatography

  • Presentation: 

    Lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.4, 5.4 % sucrose.
    It is recommended to reconstitute this product with deionized water to its initial concentration.

  • Storage: 

    Lyophilized at -20 °C (-15 … -30 °C allowed), reconstituted at -70 °C (-65 … -80 °C allowed).

  • Other information: 

    Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. It is recommended to aliquot the product after reconstitution.
