    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with thyroglobulin from human thyroid gland.

  • Specificity:

    MAbs specifically recognize human thyroglobulin and do not interfere with anti-thyroglobulin autoantibodies. MAb 5F9cc cross-reacts with bovine thyroglobulin.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG2a for MAb 5F9cc
    IgG2b for MAb 5E6cc

  • Applications:

    Detection of human thyroglobulin in two-site enzyme immunoassay.

    Recommended pair for sandwich ELISA (capture-detection): 5F9cc – 5E6cc

  • Purification: 

    Protein A chromatography

  • Presentation: 

    PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN₃)
