    Synthetic DNA fragment encoding amino acids 21-272 (Uniprot ID = P24593) of full-length human IGFBP-5 was used for recombinant protein expression.

  • Applications:

    Suitable for use as a mass IGFBP-5 standard, standard or calibrator in immunoassay

  • Analysis:

    Purity >90% (according to SDS-PAGE), including detected fragments.

    Concentration is determined spectrophotometrically.

    Immunoreactivity is confirmed in sandwich immunoassay with specific monoclonal antibodies

  • Purification:

    Immunoaffinity purification

  • Presentation:

    Lyophilized from 40 mM sodium citrate pH 4.0.

    It is recommended to reconstitute this product with deionized water to its initial concentration.

  • Storage:

    Lyophilized -20°C (-15…-30 °C allowed)
    Reconstituted -70 °C (-65 … -80 °C allowed)

  • Other information:

    Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. It is recommended to aliquot the product after reconstitution.

    Store the protein at pH 4.0. Storage at other pH may result in decrease of recombinant human IGFBP-5 immunoreactivity.
