Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. It is recommended to aliquot the product after reconstitution. To prepare diluted samples of cCRP it is recommended to use the following buffer: 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 2 mM CaCl2.
