    Mouse monoclonal antibody produced in ascites. Hybridoma clone derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice.

  • Immunogen:

    Canine C-reactive protein (whole molecule)

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for cCRP1cc, cCRP11cc, cCRP34cc
    IgG2b     for cCRP3

  • Applications:

    Immunoassays for quantitative determination of canine CRP.

    cCRP1cc, cCRP11cc and cCRP34cc are recommended for sandwich type immunoassays. 
    Recommended pairs for cCRP detection in canine serum are:

    cCRP3 can be used in direct or indirect ELISA.

    cCRP3 recognizes canine CRP in Western blotting under both reducing and non-reducing conditions.
