    C10F5, AE3, AB5

    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant human interferon ⍺-A.

  • Specificity:

    MAb C10F5 recognizes common epitopes of -A, -F, -D, -I1, -P human interferon subtypes. MAb C10F5 reacts with different antigenic epitope, than NK-2.YOK MAb (Celltech).

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for MAbs C10F5, AB5
    IgG2a for MAbs AE3

  • Applications:

    MAb C10F5 can be used for the detection of recombinant -A, -F, - D, I1, -P interferon subtypes in two-site immunoassay and in affinity purification of recombinant interferons of -A, -F, -D.

    MAbs AE3 and AB5 can be used in ELISA and in Western blotting. The recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (capture - detection): AE3 - AB5 (detection limit 5 pg/ml).
