Specificity:

Human BNP and proBNP

MAb isotypes:

IgG1 for MAbs 24C5cc, 130cc, 429cc

IgG2a for MAb 100cc

Applications:

BNP and proBNP immunoassay. All MAbs recognize BNP and proBNP in sandwich immunoassay.

MAb 24C5cc is working in Western blotting.
