Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with TSH from human pituitary gland.
7G12cc: 10C7cc:: whole molecule of human TSH
TSB1, TSB4: beta-subunit of human
TSH11E4cc, 1CT1, 7CT8: beta-subunit of human and canine
TSH10C7cc, 11E4cc, 7G12cc, TSB1, 1CT1 and 7CT8 do not cross-react with human LH, FSH and HCG.
TSB4 does not cross-react with human LH and FSH, but it cross-reacts with human HCG.
