Contains porcine cardiac troponin I, porcine cardiac troponin C, porcine cardiac troponin T.
Total content (in mg) is given per troponin I content.
Immunological and biochemical studies.
Lyophilized from 150 mM NaCl, 5 mM CaCl₂, 20 mM Tris, pH 7.5.
It is recommended to reconstitute this product with deionized water to either its initial concentration or a higher concentration.
Lyophilized -20°C (-15 … -30 °C allowed)
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. It is recommended to aliquot the product after reconstitution.
For better stability it is recommended to prepare stock solutions of troponin complex with final concentration of cardiac troponin I not less than 1000 ng/ml.
