  • MAbs:


    Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human  cardiac troponin complex.

  • Specificity:

    Human TnC. No cross-reactivity with cTnT and cTnI. All MAbs recognize TnC also in binary complex with cTnI.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for MAb 7B9

  • Applications:

    TnC immunoassay and immunoaffinity purification.

    MAb works in Western blotting. 

    MAb can be used in high sensitivity cTnI sandwich immunoassay in pairs with antibodies specific to human cTnI (Cat.# 4T21) and Tn complex (Cat.# 4TC2).

    Recommended pair for Tn complex sandwich immunoassay (capture - detection): Tcom8 (cat #4TC2) – 7B9
