    Recombinant chimeric antibody expressed in a mammalian cell line. Composed of original wild type variable domains of mouse derived MAb and human IgG1 constant domains.

  • MAbs in vitro:

    7B9cc

    Mouse monoclonal antibody produced in bioreactor. Hybridoma clone derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice.

  • Immunogen:

    Human cardiac troponin complex.

  • Specificity:

    Human TnC. Recognizes tnC also in binary complex with cTnI. No cross-reactivity with cTnT and cTnI.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for RC7B9, 7B9cc

  • Application: 

    cTnI immunoassay. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay:

    19C7cc, MF4cc, 560cc under Cat.# 4T21cc, RecR33 Cat.# RC4T21 and Ab 20C6cc Cat.# 4TC2.
    19C7cc, 560cc, 7B9cc, and 20C6cc are available as chimeric versions as well.
