    Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with conjugate of purified triiodothyronine (Sigma T-2752) with BSA.

    Triiodothyronine (T3)

    MAb reacts with conjugate T3-BSA and with free triiodothyronine in ELISA. Cross-reactivity with thyroxine (Sigma T-2501) is less than 0.1%.

    IgG1 for MAb 3A6

    Detection of triiodothyronine. ELISA.
