Specificity:

Human transferrin.

Complex between transferrin and soluble transferrin receptor for MAbs 8B9 and 11D3.

MAb 1C10cc does not cross-react with mouse, rabbit, bovine transferrin and with human lactoferrin.
MAb isotypes:

IgG1 for 1C10cc, 8B9, 11D3, 12A6
Applications:

Detection of transferrin in serum by sandwich immunoassay. Detection of transferrin - transferrin receptor complex by sandwich ELISA. MAbs are working in ELISA.
