Hybridoma clones for MAbs 2A2 and 1C10 have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with purified transferrin from pooled human plasma.
Hybridoma clones for MAbs 8B9, 11D3 and 12A6. have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with placental transferrin receptor or transferrin.
