    Mouse monoclonal antibody produced in bioreactor. Hybridoma clone derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice.

    Purified thyroxine (Sigma T-2501) conjugated with BSA

  • Specificity:

    Thyroxine (T4)
    MAbs react with conjugate T4-BSA and with free thyroxine in ELISA. Cross-reactivity with triiodothyronine (Sigma T-2752) is less than 0.1%.
    XM212cc reactivity with L-thyroxine is 100 % and with D-thyroxine 30 %.

    IgG2a for 1H1cc, XM212cc

    Detection of thyroxine. ELISA.
