    O–antigen specificity of 10B10G:

    1 – Salmonella paratyphi, 2 – Salmonella typhimurium, 3 – Salmonella enteriditis, 4 – Salmonella choleraesuis, 5 – Salmonella newport, 6 – Salmonella anatum, 7 – Salmonella Selandia, 8 – E. coli 055:B5, 9 – E. coli K12, 10 – Klebsiella pneum
    Reactivity: Binding constants (Ka, M-1) of Mabs with LPS of A, B and D groups are determined by the method of Beatty et al.:

    PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN₃)
