    Soluble extracellular domain of human TPO (amino acid residues 19-846). Molecular weight 91981 Da. Does not contain any tags.

    To be used as an antigen in the assays for the detection of human TPO-specific autoantibodies.

    Purity > 95 % (SDS-PAGE)

  • Immunological activity:

    Immunoreactivity of recombinant human TPO is checked in ELISA with blood samples from the patients with anti-TPO autoantibodies.

  • Purification:

    Affinity and ion exchange chromatography

  • Presentation:

    Lyophilized from 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 250 mM NaCl, 0.1 mM KI, 5% D-mannitol.

    It is recommended to reconstitute this product with deionized water to its initial concentration.

  • Storage:

    Lyophilized -20°C (-15 … -30 °C allowed)
    Reconstituted -70°C (-65 … -80 °C allowed)

  • Other information:

    Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. It is recommended to aliquot the product after reconstitution.

    It is recommended to use 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 250 mM NaCl, 0.1 mM KI, to prepare diluted samples.
