  • Applications:

    Calibrator or standard in immunoassays

  • Analysis:

    Purity > 75 % (SDS-PAGE). Apparent molecular weight 45-65 kDa (due to glycosylation).

  • Purification:

    Affinity chromatography with additional chromatographic steps

  • Presentation:

    Lyophilized from 25 mM Na-phosphate, 0.3 M NaCl, pH 7,5 and 100 mM D-mannitol, 0.6% CHAPS.

  • Reconstitution:

    Reconstitute with deionized water to initial concentration. Do not reconstitute to higher than initial concentration.

  • Storage:

    -20 °C (-15 … -30 °C allowed)

  • Other information:

    Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
    It is recommended to aliquot the product after reconstitution.
    To prepare diluted samples of Lp-PLA2 it is recommended to use lyophilization buffer.
