  • Description:

    Recombinant canine parvovirus variant 2b (CPV-2b) capsid protein VP2 consists of 584 amino acid residues.
    Theoretical molecular weight 64657 Da.
    Theoretical pI 5.36.
    Does not contain any affinity tags.

  • Applications:

    Calibrator or standard in immunoassays for CPV immunodetection or antigen in immunoassays for determination of CPV antibody titre in canine blood.

  • Analysis:

    Purity > 90% (SDS-PAGE in reducing conditions)
    Concentration is determined spectrophotometrically.
    Immunoreactivity is confirmed by reaction with monoclonal antibodies (Cat. #3PV16) specific to canine parvovirus.

  • Presentation:

    Lyophilized from 20 mM Na-phosphate, pH 7.4, 30 mM NaCl, 0.01% Tween 20, 10% trehalose.
    It is recommended to reconstitute this product with deionized water to its initial concentration.

  • Storage:

    Lyophilized and reconstituted at -20°C (-15 … -30 °C allowed)

    Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
