    Mouse monoclonal antibody produced in ascites. Hybridoma clone derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice.

  • Immunogen:

    Human PSA antigen purified from seminal plasma.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for MAbs 5A6cc, PS2, 1H12cc
    IgG2a for MAbs 8A6cc

  • Applications:

    Detection of PSA antigen.

    Recommended pairs for detection of total PSA (capture-detection): 1H12cc – 5A6cc

    Recommended pairs for detection of free PSA (capture-detection): 8A6cc – 5A6cc, 5A6cc – 8A6cc

    MAbs can also be used in lateral flow.
