Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified human plasminogen.
MAbs 8E7 and 3C2 react with human plasminogen and plasmin molecules.
MAbs 5H3 and 8F11 react with plasminogen, plasmin and angiostatin.
No cross-reactivity with other human serum proteins.

Affinity purification of human plasminogen.
Detection of plasminogen in ELISA and immunohistochemistry.
All MAbs work in immunohistochemistry on formalin fixed and paraffin embedded sections.
