    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with Newcastle disease virus (La-sota strain).

  • Specificity:

    MAbs 9F7, 11F12, 13H3, 1C10, 2H4 and 8H2 are specific to viral glycoprotein haemagglutinin-neuraminidase.

    MAb 6H12 is specific to RNP.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for MAb 9F7
    IgG2a for MAbs 11F12, 13H3, 1C10, 8H2, 6H12
    IgM for MAb 2H4

  • Applications:

    MAbs 9F7, 11F12, 13H3 and 1C10 are working in Western blotting.

    MAbs 9F7, 11F12, 13H3, 1C10 and 2H4 are working in haemagglutinin inhibition test.

    All MAbs are working in ELISA. MAbs 2H4 and 8H2 are recommended as coating antibodies and MAbs 9F7, 11F12 and 1C10 as conjugate antibodies in sandwich immunoassay.

    MAb 6H12 is working in Immunofluorescence (IF) and in Peroxidase –Immunohistochemistry staining of infected cells.

    Chromatography on protein G Sepharose

    PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN)
