Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with IgE from myelomatous human serum.

Specificity:

MAb E411 class specific for human IgE, Fc-region specific
MAb XTE4 - epsilon chain specific

MAb isotypes:

IgG for MAb 4H10
IgG1
for MAb XTE4
IgG2a
for MAb E411

Applications:

Detection of total IgE level and IgE antibodies in ELISA.
MAb E411 can be used for coating.
MAb XTE4 can be used in Western blotting.

Purification:

MAbs E411 and 4H10 by chromatography on protein A Sepharose
MAb XTE4 by ion exchange chromatography

Presentation:

MAbs E411 and 4H10 in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN)
MAb XTE4 in 0.15 M NaCl, 10 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 0.05 % sodium azide (NaN).
