    Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with mixture of light chains of human immunoglobulin.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG2a for MAb 3D12cc

  • Specificity:

    3D12cc is specific for independent constantly expressed epitope of lambda chain.

    3D12cc reacts with monomer and dimer forms of free lambda chains but not with lambda chain-bearing immunoglobulins.

    Protein A chromatography

  • Presentation:

    PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN)
