    Mouse monoclonal antibody produced in ascites. Hybridoma clone derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice.

    Recombinant leptin

  • Specificity:

    MAbs recognize recombinant human leptin and leptin circulating in human blood.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for 3G7, 4F12

  • Applications:

    Leptin immunoassay. MAbs recognize human leptin in Western blotting.
    MAbs were tested in sandwich immunoassay with human blood samples. Recommended pairs recognize antigen in human blood with high sensitivity.
