  • MAbs:

    RB42, RB45, RB48, RB55

    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human recombinant RBP4.

  • Specificity:

    Human plasma RBP4. All MAbs recognise free RBP4 and RBP4 in complex with transthyretin. All MAbs react with apo- as well as holo-RBP4.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for all MAbs

  • Applications:

    RBP4 immunoassay. All MAbs recognize plasma RBP4 in sandwich immunoassay.

    All MAbs react with plasma RBP4 in Western blotting after SDS-PAGE in reducing conditions.

    Recommended pairs for RBP4 sandwich immunoassay (capture-detection):
    RB48 - RB42
    RB55 - RB45
    All pairs recognize with high sensitivity the antigen in human plasma.
