    Hybridoma clones has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified human atherosclerotic tissue form of PAPP-A.

  • Specificity:

    Human recombinant PAPP-A and human endogenous PAPP-A from atherosclerotic tissue (dimeric form of PAPP-A). No cross-reactivity with human heterotetrameric complex of PAPP-A (PAPP-A/ proMBP).

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for MAb PAPP30

  • Applications:

    dPAPP-A immunoassays and immunoprecipitation.
