    Mouse monoclonal antibody produced in bioreactor. Hybridoma clone derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice.

    Horseradish peroxidase, isoforms with pI from 3.5 to 9.5.

    2H11cc does not influence on enzymatic activity upon immune complex formation.

    IgG2b for 2H11cc

    Detection of peroxidase-antiperoxidase complex in immunohistochemistry and ELISA.

    Protein A chromatography
