    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant HBcAg.

    HBcAg

    MAbs H3A4cc and H6F5 are directed to different antigenic determinants.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG2a for MAbs H3A4cc and H6F5

  • Applications:

    Detection of HBcAg in ELISA and Western blotting.

    Protein A chromatography for H3A4cc

    Protein G chromatography for H6F5
