    Recombinant antigen    

    Synthetic DNA fragment encoding 226 amino acids long small surface antigen of human Hepatitis B virus (S-HBsAg), genotype A, subtype adw2, was used for recombinant protein expression.    

    Does not contain tags.

    Purity ≥95% 

    Concentration is determined spectrophotometrically 

  • Purification:

    Ion-exchange chromatography, gel-filtration 

  • Presentation:

    PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN₃) 

  • Storage:

    -70 °C (-65 … -80 °C allowed)

  • Other information:

    Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. It is recommended to aliquot the product after the first thawing. 

  • Material safety note:

    This product is sold for research or further manufacturing use only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material.    

    Product contains sodium azide as a preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
