Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with fibrinopeptide A conjugated with a carrier protein.
Fibrinopeptide A region in the alpha-chain of fibrinogen and free fibrinopeptide A.
IgG2a for MAbs 1F7 and 49D2
Fibrinogen and fibrinopeptide A immunoassay.
For specific fibrinogen detection in sandwich ELISA we recommend using anti-fibrinopeptide A MAbs for coating and anti-fibrinogen MAbs for conjugation.
Recommended pairs (capture - detection):
49D2 (anti-fibrinopeptide A) - 40F11 (anti-fibrinogen)
MAbs are working also in Western blotting.
