    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with native human epididymis protein 4 (HE4).

    Group 1:     MAb 3C24
    Group 2:     MAbs 2B13, 9D42

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for MAbs 2B13, 9D42, 3C24

  • Applications:

    Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (capture-detection):
         3C24 – 2B13
         3C24 – 9D42

  • Purification:

    Ion exchange chromatography

  • Presentation:

    PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN₃)
