    8A4, 7F2

    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with Diphtheria toxoid.

  • Specificity:

    8A4 reacts with free A-subunits of Diphtheria toxin. It does not react with the whole Diphtheria toxin and free B-subunit of Diphtheria toxin.

    7F2 reacts with the epitope exposed on free A-subunit and on whole Diphtheria toxin molecule. It does not react with free B-subunit of Diphtheria toxin.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for MAb 7F2
    IgG2a for MAb 8A4

  • Applications:

    Detection of Diphtheria toxin A-subunit by different immunochemical techniques.

    Recommend pair for sandwich immunoassay (capture - detection): 8A4 - 7F2.

    PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN)
