    React with cortisol-BSA conjugate and free cortisol, no cross-reactivity with BSA.
    Cross-reactivity, % 50% displacement of cortisol-3-125-Iodine:

    IgG1 for CORT-1

    IgG2 for XM210cc

    IgG3 for CORT-2

  • Applications:

    Detection of cortisol in competitive assay.

  • Purification:

    Protein A chromatography for XM210cc

    Protein G chromatography for CORT-1, CORT-2.

    PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN₃)
