Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. It is recommended to aliquot the product after the first thawing.
As the AMH antigen is sensitive to repeated freezing and thawing, it is strongly recommended to dilute the product to 10 ug/ml concentration with 50 mM citric acid, pH 6.5, 150 mM NaCl, 10 % glycerol after the first thawing. After dilution aliquot in single use aliquots and store at -70°C (-65 … -80 °C allowed), or at +4°C (+2 … +8 °C allowed) up to 3 months. Carrier proteins can also be added for improved recovery.
This product is sold for research or further manufacturing use only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material.
