Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human serum albumin.
Human serum albumin. No cross-reactivity with other tested human proteins. Does not react with bovine serum albumin, egg white albumin or human alpha fetoprotein.
IgG1 for MAbs 1C8, HSA11 and HSA20
IgG2a for MAbs 1A9 and 6B11
IgG2b for MAbs 15C7 and 14E7
MAbs recognize human serum albumin in ELISA.
All MAbs are working in Western blotting.
Recommended combinations for sandwich immunoassay, suitable for the quantitative detection of human serum albumin in serum and urine (capture - detection):
