    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified rabies virus.

  • Specificity:

    MAbs 4F1 and 7E3 are specific to glycoprotein.

    MAb 4G4 is specific to ribonucleoprotein.

    MAb 1C5cc has a virus-neutralizing activity in respect to the majority of standard RV and rabies-relative viruses: CVS, Lagos bat, Mokola, Flury lep, Duvenhage and the field isolates.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG2a for MAbs 1C5cc, 7E3
    IgG2b for MAbs 4G4, 4F1

  • Applications:

     

    MAbs 1C5cc, 4G4, 4F1, 7E3 are working in EIA.

    MAbs 4F1 and 7E3 and are working in Western blotting and in immunofluorescence.

    MAb 1C5cc works in immunocytochemistry.
