    Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with mixture of light chains of human immunoglobulin.

  • Specificity:

    Specific for independent constantly expressed epitope of kappa chain.

    Reacts with free and heavy chain-associated kappa chains.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG2a for MAb 4G7cc

  • Applications:

    Detection of kappa-chains or kappa-immunoglobulin in ELISA. MAb 4G7cc can be used for coating and as conjugate.

    MAb 4G7cc can be used for immunohistochemistry on cryostat or paraffine-embedded sections.

  • Purification:

    Protein A chromatography

  • Presentation:

    PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN3)
