Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with bovine osteocalcin with keyhole limpet hemocyanin and recombinant human osteocalcin with glutathione S-transferase.
MAb 2H9cc cross-reacts with bovine, rat and pig OC and is not cross-reacting with mouse OC.
MAb 6F9cc is not cross-reacting with bovine, rat, mouse, rabbit or pig OC.

MAbs are working in ELISA. Recommended pairs are (capture-detection):
2H9cc - 6F9cc (detects the large NH2- terminal fragment and intact hOC)
