    Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with 17β-estradiol-BSA conjugate.

  • Specificity:

    MAb recognizes 17β-estradiol-BSA conjugate and free estradiol. There is no cross-reactivity with BSA.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for MAb ESTR-1

  • Applications:

    MAb can be used in competitive assay of 17β-estradiol.

    Protein G chromatography

    PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN₃)
